The quickest way: delete it yourself, in the game
Block Frenzy can delete your account and all of its data without you contacting anyone. This happens immediately and needs no approval from us.
- Open Block Frenzy.
- Go to Settings.
- Under About, tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm. The game removes your cloud save, deletes your account, erases all local data, and returns to the start screen.
You may be asked to sign in again first. That is a security check to confirm the account is yours before it is deleted.
If you have already uninstalled the game
If the game is no longer on your device and you would rather not reinstall it, email nihal@cloudzzy.co.uk with the subject "Delete my Block Frenzy account data".
Tell us which platform you played on (iOS or Android) and, if you linked an account, the Apple or Google account you used. We will verify the request and delete eligible data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your Firebase account identifier.
- Your cloud save: scores, level, XP, unlocked themes, streaks, and daily challenge progress.
- Your notification token, so we can no longer send you notifications.
- All game data stored locally on the device, including the contents of the encrypted local database.
What is not deleted
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. These are kept for tax, accounting, refund, and fraud-prevention reasons, and we cannot remove them. Your purchases remain restorable on the same store account.
- Analytics that have already been aggregated and no longer identify you.
- Leaderboard entries and achievements held by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services. Those belong to your platform account, not to us. Remove them in Game Center settings on iOS, or in the Play Games app on Android.
- Any email correspondence, kept only as long as needed to show the request was handled.
After deletion
Cloud progress and account-linked data are gone and cannot be recovered by us or by you. You are welcome to keep playing; the game will start fresh, and you can create a new account later if you want cloud save again.
If you only want to clear the device and keep your cloud save, uninstalling the game is enough.
