1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Block Frenzy, a mobile game published by FluffyLlama.Games. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Block Frenzy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game, nor reverse engineer, decompile, or modify it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Accounts and cloud save
You can play the whole game without an account. If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google Play Games, we create a record so your progress can be restored on another device.
Keep control of the platform account you sign in with; anyone with access to it can reach your game progress. You can delete your account at any time from Settings › Delete Account & Data, or through the deletion page.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Block Frenzy offers optional purchases, including Remove Ads and a Pro subscription. All payments are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at the end of each period at the price shown at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the game does not cancel a subscription.
- Prices vary by country and may change. You will be told before a price change takes effect.
- Use Restore in Settings to recover purchases on a new device with the same store account.
Refunds are governed by the store you bought from, and by your statutory rights, which nothing here limits.
5. Virtual items
Coins, themes, unlocks, XP, and any other in-game items are a licence to use features inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the game, and may be changed or discontinued as the game is updated.
6. Advertising
Unless you have bought Remove Ads or Pro, the game shows advertising between rounds. Rewarded ads are always optional and give an in-game benefit when you choose to watch one. Advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Fair play
Please do not:
- Modify the game, use cheats or automation tools, or tamper with saved data or network traffic to gain an advantage.
- Submit fabricated scores to leaderboards.
- Attempt to access other players' accounts or our systems without permission.
The game does not submit scores from devices that appear to be rooted, jailbroken, or emulated. We may remove scores, reset progress, or withdraw access to leaderboards and achievements where we find manipulation.
8. Leaderboards and achievements
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple Game Center and Google Play Games Services, under their own terms. The name shown beside your score comes from that service. Availability depends on your platform account and is outside our control.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the game working well, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, content, difficulty, and pricing may change as the game develops, and online features such as cloud save, hints, and leaderboards may be interrupted or discontinued.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version, and continued play after an update means you accept it.
10. Ending use
You may stop playing and delete the game at any time. We may suspend or end access where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or where required by law or platform policy. Deleting your account does not automatically refund purchases.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, FluffyLlama.Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost progress or virtual items, or interruptions to third-party services the game depends on.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
