For missing or expired magic links, sign-in loops or a lost account email, use subject Account Access. Never forward a magic link, password or authentication token. We may ask you to initiate a fresh sign-in to verify ownership.

Privacy and data rights

For access, correction, export, restriction, objection or another privacy question, use subject Privacy Rights Request. See the Privacy Policy for the data categories and rights process.

Account deletion

Use subject Account Deletion Request and email from the address associated with your account. Full steps and effects are on the Account and Data Deletion page.

Safety and moderation

Use in-app Report and Block controls where available. For urgent platform safety issues or an inaccessible report route, use subject Safety Report. For a moderation review, use Moderation Appeal. Include the relevant post/user and concise factual context, but do not send patient-identifiable or confidential research data.

Funding, events and research information

Global Research Nexus helps users discover information but does not control third-party deadlines, eligibility decisions, event changes or journal requirements. Verify consequential details with the original funder, institution, organiser or publisher. Send corrections with subject Content Correction and a source link.

Response expectations

We aim to acknowledge privacy and deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion within 30 days. Other requests are prioritised by safety and impact. These are targets, not emergency response commitments.

Global Research Nexus is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate institution. Do not rely on email or in-app reporting for immediate assistance.
